We are asking our patients and fans to vote online. Click here www.highschoolrudyawards.com/Nominees/499/Kyle_Hunter.aspx
Help Kyle Hunter win the Rudy Award.
Our friend, Kyle Hunter, who plays football for Aptos High School despite challenges with cerebral palsy, has been nominated for the Rudy Award – and if he gets enough votes, he can win! The Rudy Awards honor inspirational football players who best define what Rudy refers to as the "The Four C’s": Character, Courage, Contribution and Commitment. The Four Scholarship Winners will be chosen by you, our readers, the online fans, and the 2010 Selection Committee. $25,000 in scholarships will be awarded to the winner, two runners-up and the fan favorite. We really need your help!!
Kyle weighs only 100 pounds, yet he is determined to play high school football and has been an enormous inspiration to his teammates, who nominated him for this award. We've cast our votes and hope you will do so also - We wish Kyle the best of luck and success!
At Joiner Orthodontics, we ran across an excellent article published in the Wall Street Journal “The 8-Year-Old With a Perfect Smile” that discusses the pros and cons of early orthodontic treatment. Sometimes parents are disappointed that their kids still require additional orthodontic treatment when permanent teeth erupt in their teens.
