Harbor High Golf Tourney a success!

Dr. Joiner and his wife, Roberta, participated in a fun golf tournament Friday, May 14, 2010 in Santa Cruz.  

Dr. Joiner sponsored a tee to help raise funds for Harbor High School sports, and they hung around for the food and raffle prizes afterwards!  They were paired with two Harbor High alumnae, and the foursome had a great time and thought they did really well until the truth came out – they were in last place!  But a good time was had by all and, most importantly, lots of $ was raised to benefit Harbor High sports.  

They won a round of golf at Poppy Hills golf course in Pebble Beach and hurried on over there yesterday, Thursday, May 20th to use the round before it expired May 31, 2010 (which might have been an error, but they weren't taking a chance).  After taking a break from golf for a few years, the Joiners are trying to improve their skills again, so they can participate in more fun events!
